Our coffee is traditionally ground and the proportion of the spices and herbs is the secret of our family.
This bouquet of spices includes: cardamom, mace, clove, cinnamon, juniper, white pepper, star anis, fennel seeds, ginger, galangal root, long pepper.
Use 2 teaspoons of coffee for 200ml of cold water. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. As the coffee warms, a dark foam will build. When it is boiling, remove it from a stove for a few seconds and return it again.
