These terms and conditions apply to all sales made to you via this website. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website. - Availability

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our Web site.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us. As soon as your payment is confirmed by our bank we will start delivery process and we will confirm that the product(s) has/have been despatched.
Note:
– Any customs duties in country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We may refuse to accept an order: where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. - Prices and Payment
Prices are valid at the time of order. Our prices are reviewed. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered.
Full payment must be made prior to despatch of the products, by bank transfer. - Delivery
We despatch your goods after receiving confirmation from our bank about receiving of your payment (approximately 7 clear working days). Preparation of your order and shipping can last up till 25 days.
Our products comes directly from Morocco. The recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
Goods will be delivered to you at the address provided by you on the order form. We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused.
In the event that your order does not arrive, you must inform us within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date, which is available on order details which are on the order confirmation emails and in your account area. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to investigate missing orders. - Risk and title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you. - Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation rights: Customers reserve the right to return their orders within 7 clear working days of receipt of goods. To cancel a Contract you must inform us in writing.
Return policy: You will be provide with the return address after written cancelation. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred, will not apply in the event that the product has been used, or the product is not in a saleable condition, upon return to us, or if any seal on the packaging for the product has been broken. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Refund policy: If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. - Faulty Products
Where you experience a fault with a product it can be returned to us subject to our returns policy above. - Events outside Our Control
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to war, civil disorder or industrial dispute. - Copyright
All content, databases, graphics, buttons, icons, logos, layouts and look & feel are our copyright, unless expressly acknowledged as otherwise. The data mining, extraction or utilisation of product information from our website is not permitted without our express prior written permission. - Variation
We reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions at any time, without giving notice to you. Such varied terms and conditions shall automatically apply to the use of our website from the date of publication on our website. - Terms & Conditions
