Description
Black Soap, along with a rough glove called Kessa, forms the basis of the Moroccan Hammam.
Hammam is a traditional way of deep cleansing and body care. The black soap is made from natural ingredients such as olive oil and pressed black olives. It has a paste consistency of brown color. The black soap acts as an enzymatic scrub and with the help of a glove, it makes you get rid of dead skin. It can be used for very sensitive, dry skin and in Morocco it is also used to wash babies.
- deeply cleanses the skin of toxins
- works similar to an enzyme scrub, removes dead skin
- oxidizes and moisturizes
- provides vitamin E contained in olive oil, gives a noticeable “smoothing” effect on the skin
The way to use with the glove
Apply the soap to well heated skin during hot bath. After about 3 minutes, rinse the soap very thoroughly with hot water. Then we move on to cleansing the skin with the glove. We rub the skin pulling off the dead skin. The skin after this procedure is velvety smooth and truly cleansed. It is now great for putting argan oil on it.
Face mask
Spread the soap on your face moistened with lukewarm water and let it for a few minutes or so. Thoroughly wash your face with lukewarm water and gently dry it with a towel. Your skin will be perfectly cleansed and smooth.
Heel care
Soak the feet in water with salt, then spread black soap on the feet and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then we rub our heels with a pumice stone, rinse, dry and put some argan oil on it.
Shaving
Black soap is also suitable as a shaving cream for both men and women.
The soap does not have any preservatives. No water is allowed to remain in the packaging so it should be applied with a dry hand.
Ingredients: aqua, olive oil, potassium hydroxyde , natural fragrance.
